You can Disable Touchpad while your typing with keyboard shortcut, or If you are using external mouse this application can automatically disable touchpad. It is very useful application on Ubuntu and Linux Mint.
This application also include tray indicator to easily change setting, enable and disable touchpad from tray. Auto Start at login option is also included. It also displays the current status notification about enable and disable touchpad.
To install it on Ubuntu open Terminal (Press Ctrl+Alt+T) and copy the following commands in the Terminal:
