1st: Daylight Theme
Daylight theme is based on RadianceP theme-set. This theme is currently work-in-progress, it is available for GTK 3 and GTK 2.
Theme tested on Ubuntu 12.10 Quantal with Gtk 3.6 and Ubuntu 12.04 Precise with Gtk 3.4
To install Daylight theme in Ubuntu/Linux Mint open Terminal (Press Ctrl+Alt+T) and copy the following commands in the Terminal:

Adwaita Elements is based on clearlooks-phenix and insipired by Adwaita theme, and author mentioned it is release preview. This theme is available for Ubuntu GTK 3 and GTK 2.
