Cenozoic is clean & light GTK theme designed for Ubuntu. It is based on Adwaita-OSX and seem more flat & compact, it includes light and dark version, so you can choose between them. This theme uses gtk2-engines-pixbuf to render this theme.
Cenodark-red theme is derived from Cenozoic theme, it is dark theme with variation of red color and seems purely awesome. This theme uses gtk2-engines-murrine package to render theme. In screenshots I used Ardis and Ravefinity-X icons. You can use Unity Tweak Tool, Gnome-tweak-tool or Ubuntu-Tweak to change themes/icons.
