Install Numix Icon Packs in Ubuntu/Linux Mint via PPA

Install Numix icon packs for Ubuntu 14.10 Utopic/14.04 Trusty/13.10 Saucy/13.04 Raring/12.10 Quantal/12.04 Precise/Linux Mint 17.1/17/16/15/14/13/other Ubuntu derivatives

Numix Project is known as they create high quality GTK themes and icons for Linux desktop. This Numix pack contain two icon theme variants: Numix Main, Numix circle, Numix Shine and Numix uTouch. Each variant contains approximately 700+ icons, all of them are under development and creators release update on weekly basis with new icons, which means you can suggest icons to creators. All icons variants contains Folders icons, System Settings icons, Indicator icons, Symbolic icons, and a lot more. You can use Unity Tweak Tool, Gnome-tweak-tool or Ubuntu-Tweak to change icons.

To install Numix icon packs in Ubuntu/Linux Mint open Terminal (Press Ctrl+Alt+T) and copy the following commands in the Terminal:

Terminal Commands:
sudo apt-add-repository ppa:numix/ppa
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install numix-icon-theme numix-icon-theme-circle
