StreamStudio is streaming application based on node-webkit and developed using web technologies like HTML5/JavaScipt/and CSS. It stream videos from YouTube, dailymotion and plugins for other services can be installed to stream. You can access most of the part of famous sites like YouTube and DailyMotion right from your desktop. It is cross-platform application available for Linux, MS Windows and OS X.
With this application you will be able to search (with filters like HD or 3D) and view videos or video playlists, extract audio from video, save videos to local harddrive (available in different qualities), or browse suggested videos. Its player offers all the functionality like HD play, fullscreen support, browsing support for best rated or most popular videos, category search and browse fuctionality, as well as play saved videos from your local HDD drive with database support.
