RationalPlan is an alternative product to Microsoft Project, it is project management software that follows the general recommended guidelines from project management domain. This software is available for Linux, Mac OS, and Windows. The aim of this software to help project managers to complete their projects within time and budget, to make the process of planning projects as short and as straightforward as possible, guiding novice project managers through each step but offering enough tools to those more experienced.
RationalPlan Single Project version handles independent projects which doesn't require any kind of shared resources, links between tasks from different projects. It allows you to schedule and track unrelated projects individually. It has similar features and power to Microsoft Project, which simple layout and quite organized. You can import and export your Microsoft Project files to RationalPlan software and work on them without any problem.
